Describe the dependency
Consider a fictional design studio storing shared project files online. Before migration, the team could list who needs access, which files matter most and what happens during an interruption. This is a planning example, not a recommendation for a particular provider.
A clear project description states what is being moved and how success will be checked. Purchasing storage alone does not demonstrate that the workflow is ready.
